Walk a thousand miles in their shoes

Benjamin Dawes originally from London, UK but currently Living: Cabo San Lucas, Los Cabos, Baja California, Mexico is a volunteer for Grupo Apoyo Ray Thomas.

He is embarking on an epic journey of physical punishment and wilderness adventure across Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, Los Cabos to Tijuana.

Over 1000 miles in under 100 days, on foot, across the unforgiving desert of the forgotten peninsula.

The goals of this feat are:

  • Raise funding to build Los Cabos Children’s Foundation’s cancer facility in Mexico.
  • Support community sports and social programs in Latin America – Grupo Apoyo Ray Thomas.
  • Dosh for GOSH in the UK
  • Raise hugs and kisses for The World Peace Festival – Berlin 2010
